EMPI Indian Innovation Awards were established in 2005. During the first Award Ceremony Honorable President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam inspired us to expand Awards into a movement "Mission Innovative India". With the Indian Express joining the movement, in subsequent years five Award Ceremonies were organized to recognize outstanding Innovative Indian Organizations. We thank Indian Express for their partnership and sustained support for seven years in carrying the Mission Innovative India movement forward.
